Candle Prayer for UntoDarkness

A member of the dA community, *untodarkness, is at this posting in critical condition in the hospital. I learned about this through *Peace-of-Art’s journal, [link] and there will be updates made by *untodarkness’s brother on her page. There are various vigils being held through the dA community for her speedy recovery, and to support her and her family and friends through the tough times she’s been going through lately. (I don’t know the details, but she recently lost someone dear to her, and then her account was hacked for a time on top of everything she'd been through. Her brother and another dA member were able to hack back into it after figuring out the password the hacker set, and reclaimed it for *untodarkness. Now, she's in the hospital, I believe from a car accident.)

Though I don’t know *untodarkness, I do send my thoughts and prayers to her and her family and friends for her speedy recovery, and wish both comfort and support to all involved during this trying time. I personally believe that good wishes, be they thoughts or prayers, do make a difference. I have seen the miraculous power they have through the recovery of my brother when he was run over by a speeding car last Father’s Day. His coworker was killed instantly by the same car, and though nearly all my brother’s bones were broken, he persevered through is own will and the strength that came to him from the prayers and thoughts of our family, our friends, and the people I know in my extended online families. The doctors and nurses were absolutely amazed at his recovery, he is now walking without assistance despite having all the bones in his legs fairly pulverized and is even back to work part time.

I wish for this power of thoughts & prayers to go now to *untodarkness and her family and friends, as well as to the mother of *Wishmaker-kc (*Peace-of-Art is her stock account), her mother is currently in critical condition in the hospital as well.
